Our name, "Marmellata" is a nod to our past as jam-makers in Colorado and a stake in our present as bakers in Abu Dhabi with a particular love for pizza al taglio and Italian baking.

Starting September, we're offering bread subscriptions to our friends and community, with collection and complimentary coffee in our little bakery in Mina Zayed on Friday and Saturday mornings, "GiroPizza" on Thursday evenings with new menus every week and an eclectic assortment of bread and bakery.
